Making fresh pasta at home has never been so easy. This hand-operated pasta machine from Imperia produces sheets as wide as 150mm with a choice of six different thicknesses and makes three varieties of pasta; lasagne, fettuccini and tagliatelle.
The chrome-plated machine is incredibly robust and features include:
- 6-inch wide roller
- Double cutter for tagliatelle and fettuccini
- Includes bench clamp and a pastry brush to remove dough/flour from the machine before wiping clean
- Wipe clean using a soft dry cloth - do not wash with water or detergent
