Works with homemade or store bought puff pastry & dough, including ready made dumpling & gyoza wrappers. Includes a handy pastry cutter. Simply place the perfectly cut pastry onto the machine, twist to create a pocket, add in your fillings of choice then squeeze to seal. Remove any excess dough, twist to remove the dumpling and they're ready to cook.
